Hi all,
Hattrick released a new update on their servers today. This update included the ban for all outdated CHPP-IDs. Unforunately this affects HO 1.424 because we had a ID change when the CHPP license was transferred the last time. HO 1.424 uses the old ID and is now (unintentionally) banned on HT servers. We contacted the CHPP staff, but it seems like they can't / won't change anything on their side. That means,
HO 1.424 won't ever get a working HT connection.
We were working on a new HO release and this does - of course - use the new CHPP ID. It can connect to HT without any problems, but is only in beta stage at the moment.
What does this mean for you?
You can either
use HO 1.425 nightly/beta from
here and "ignore" it's beta state.
Or you can
wait until we release an new official version. I have to add, that we don't know any downsides of the latest beta version. Just minor issues - which were also in HO 1.424 or affect new features only. Plus, the next release will probably be quite similiar to the latest beta.

UPDATE (8th August): the HTs activated the old CHPPid for a short time. That means, HO 1.424 will work again - for now!
We will release an official HO 1.425 in the next days, but for now your are safe with HO 1.424 or the 1.425 Beta. Both versions work fine.
UPDATE (28th December): i just got a message from the HTs that they will soon remove the workaround for old HO versions. If you haven't updated to HO 1.425 yet, now would be a good time :)
